Biography :
Cody is a lifelong Missouri native with deep roots in
farming. He currently raises cattle and hair sheep. He has been with United
Country for nearly six years, specializing in farm sales and online auctions.
As of June 2024, Cody completed the Missouri Auction School, expanding his
expertise to traditional auctions to meet specific seller needs. He also holds
a certificate in Personal Property Appraisals, assisting sellers in valuing the
farm equipment and machinery they've accumulated over the years.
In addition to his real estate career, Cody has served as an
EMT for 8 years and works with the Columbia MO Fire Department. He also served
in the United States Air Force Reserve for 6 years with the Fire Protection
Unit at Whiteman AFB, including a deployment to Africa from January 2021 to
August 2021.
Cody is also the owner and operator of Enhanced Aerial
Imaging, offering captivating photos and videos of properties to showcase their
full potential. In his free time, he enjoys hunting turkey and giant
whitetails, with a special passion for bow hunting. Cody is a Land Specialist
and Auctioneer licensed in Missouri.
